Free therapy for children with Down syndrome, under 6
In many parts of South Africa, therapy for a young child with Down syndrome is simply out of reach — public systems are stretched, insurance rarely covers it, and distance or cost can mean missing the most critical window for a child's development. We provide free physiotherapy, speech therapy and developmental support for children under six, for as long as their family needs it.

Small Steps Online
Small Steps Online is our free early-intervention platform for parents of children with Down syndrome, from birth to age four. Step-by-step activities, expert guidance, and a community of parents who understand exactly what you're going through — built so every family can start, wherever they live.

We’re starting where support can make an enormous difference: the early years. Through free therapy, practical resources and early intervention, we help children build strong foundations while giving parents the tools and support they need. And our ambition goes further — toward education, independence and meaningful opportunities throughout life.
